As a charity we set our rates to cover the costs of operating, maintaining and enhancing the facility.
For the year from 1st May 2026 our standard rate is £18 per hour, however, we offer discounts for:
- Hires that are aligned to our Charitable Objects of improving the quality of life for residents of Escrick through recreation and leisure time activities.
- Hires to local community groups, charities, sports clubs and similar non-profits.
- Hires that only use our smaller meeting room.
- Tiered discounts for recurring hires, booking at least 4 hours per month.

"Community group" rates apply to organisations such as members clubs, sports clubs, charities and similar non-profit groups. Such groups are normally governed by a constitution, and typically elect a governing body/committee from their membership.
